PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
High solids epoxy primer to be applied before application of products:
DEPRO® SOLFIX GT 50 VITI, DEPRO® SOLFIX R4 VITI, DEPRO® CHOC INTENSE COULEUR VITI.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USEI
Preparation of the substrates:
New or old substrates must be clean, sound and dry. They must be of good quality, cohesive and free of any dirt, laitance, grease, oil or non-adherent material that may affect the performance of the coating.
New or old cement: the substrate must be at a temperature of +3°C above the dew point to reduce the risk of condensation. Neutralize milt (DEPRO® CIM VITI), rinse and let dry for at least 48 hours. Cracks and roughnesses must be sealed. Check the humidity level before application.
New and old wood: sand to healthy wood, dust off.
Relative humidity: 65% RH. Minimum application temperature: +10 °C.
Product temperature: above +15 °C.
The residual moisture content of the substrates must always be less than 5%. A variation greater than this rate would result in embrittlement and disbonding of the coating.
Do not apply under conditions that activate drying such as hot surfaces, direct sunlight.
Apply in 1 coat by roller. Consumption about 150 g/m².
Ventilate the application room properly to avoid any concentration of vapours during drying
Preparation of the mixture Kit of 2 components base + hardener non-fractionable.
Never change the Base/Hardener proportions.
Homogenize the database. Introduce the entire hardener into the base and mix it with an electric mixer at a slow speed (for 3 minutes) so as not to incorporate air into the mixture
Mixture life by 20 °C before irreversible curing: 20 min.
Curing time before application: 5 minutes at +20 °C.
Do not apply at temperatures > 30°C.
QUALITY HYGIENE
Application: is carried out with a conventional roller in two coats.
Cleaning of equipment : DILUANT CHOC.
Drying at 20 °C: Dust-free 8 h; Recoatable 24 h; Light traffic 72 h. Definitives/washable 7 days.
In the case of substrate imperfections, use the versions DEPRO® SOLFIX VITI
