PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A dual-component Solvent-free Epoxy Resin designed for the protection of floor surfaces in buildings used for the production and transformation of products intended for human consumption.
Strong protection against abrasion and chemical harm.
Complies with the "Good Hygiene Practices Guide for the Wine Industry". In compliance with practices outlined in EU Regulation n°852 of April 29th 2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs.

Analysis of HALOANISOLES, HALOPHENOLS and ORGANOHALOGENIC active ingredients.

AREAS OF USE
Refurbishment, renovation and decoration of indoor floors with stringent mechanical and chemical requirements. Wine storehouses and areas for bottling, packaging, and dry goods storage.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1/ Preparing surfaces for treatment: The application area, whether old or new, must be clean, dry and in good condition. The surface must be good quality,adherent (>1.5 Mpa traction) and free from all dirt, laitance, grease, oil or other non-adhesive substances that may prevent the product from adhering to it (such as water-repellents or cleaning products).
Product composition conforms to DTU regulation 59.3.
New or old cement: surface should be at a temperature 3°C above the normal dew point in order to reduce the risk of condensation.
Carry out shot peening or neutralise any laitance (DEPRO®CIM VITI), rinse, and leave to dry for at least 48 hours.
2/ Preparing the mixture:
Always respect the indicated epoxy resin: hardener ratio
Pour all the hardener into the resin, mix everything together well using an electric mixer until the product has a single colour throughout.
The product will last no longer than 20 minutes at 20°C before hardening irreversibly.
Do not apply in temperatures >30°C.
Note: the higher the temperature, the shorter the hardening time.
3/ Application: achieved using a normal roller in two coats.
On porous or extremely thick surfaces: go over the surface with a spiked roller immediately after applying the first coat.
On nonporous surfaces: apply a coat of Clear DEPRO®SOLFIX PRIM VITI in order to improve adherence.
Cleaning tools: DILUANT CHOC.
Note: The area should be allowed to dry in non-humid conditions for 8 days.
Drying at 20°C: Ready for re-coating after 6-8 hours.  Can be stepped on after 24 hours. Definitively set and washable after 7 days.
Special conditions: To obtain an anti-skid surface:
Spread DEPRO®ANTI DERAPANTor anti-skid Billes de Verre (glass bead blend) over the 1st coat while still fresh, at a rate of 500 gr/m2.
Leave to harden and sweep away the loose remains.
Apply the 2nd coat of DEPRO®CHOC INTENSE VITI.
A 3rd coat may be necessary depending on surface traffic.
In cases where the application surface contains imperfections, use DEPRO®SOLFIX VITI: for Mortar and Self-levelling Compound
